We want your purchase to satisfy you. If you’re not quite pleased, you can return the item to us, and depending on the conditions listed below, we’ll either fix it, replace it, or give you a credit on your account. The products you purchase from Aircons Deals itself are covered by this Policy.
Words defined in the Terms and Conditions that are used in this Policy also have that meaning unless the context clearly indicates differently because this Policy is a component of the Aircons Deals Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this Policy is meant to in any way restrict your statutory rights.

At the time of delivery or collection, if a product is broken or is missing any components or accessories, kindly contact us right away by creating a return on the internet by clicking here.
We will set up a free pickup from you of the product. After inspecting the item and approving your exchange, we will either repair or replace the item at your request as quickly as feasible (if such repair is possible or we have the identical item in store to use as a replacement), or we will credit your account with the amount paid for the item. Within 7 working days after delivery or collection, all claims must be reported. Before signing your proof, please look over the packaging for any physical damage.
Before signing the proof of delivery, please check the packing of your item for any physical damage. In cases where the goods was acknowledged as having been received in excellent condition, Aircons Deals maintains the right to deny any damage claim

What is an error? A fault is any significant flaw in a product’s design or construction that lowers its level of acceptability below what would be reasonable to anticipate given the circumstances.
You are not eligible for a return under this section 3 if any of the following are NOT considered defects:
flaws brought on by typical wear and tear;
damage brought on by negligent handling, abuse by users, or improper use of the product; damage brought on by electrical surges or sea air corrosion; damage brought on by failing to properly care for or maintain the product; damage brought on by unauthorized alterations to the product; damage resulting from the specifications of a product, despite being accurately described on the website and generally suitable for its intended use, not suiting you; as well as handling and/or repackaging indicators.
Standard Warranty
Please contact us as soon as reasonably feasible after you become aware of the defect or bad quality, but in any case within 12 months after the product’s delivery or collection, if you acquire a product that turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (except in the case of an extended warranty, which is set out below).
You can do this by submitting a warranty claim request on our website or by email. If the product was installed by Aircons Deals, we will make arrangements to verify it; if not, we will need a thorough fault report from a certified technician. We will submit the claim to the appropriate supplier after we have examined the item and verified your warranty.
After the supplier has approved the claim, we will make arrangements for the delivery of your parts to the address you provided. If Aircons Deals installed the item, we will arrange for a qualified technician to repair the damaged component. We will replace the product if the necessary parts are unavailable or it cannot be fixed. Any claims made beyond the first 12 months will be paid for by the consumer (except in the case of an extended warranty, which is set out below).
For installations not carried out by an authorized Aircons Deals installer, all labor costs for warranty claims will be at the expense of the client.
If the installation wasn’t carried out by an authorized Aircons Deals installer, Aircons Deals maintains the right to deny a warranty claim.
Through Aircons Deals, an extra warranty was purchased. In the event that such a product proves to be flawed more than a year after delivery or collection, kindly contact us as soon as it is reasonable to do so after becoming aware of the issue, but in any case within the original warranty period.
Longer Warranty
If a product is serviced by Aircons Deals annually for a maximum of 60 months, or if an extended warranty was bought through Aircons Deals, it may have a warranty that lasts longer than the 12 month Standard Warranty. If such a product turns out to be flawed more than a year after delivery or collection, kindly contact us as soon as you are able to let us know about the issue. However, you must do so before the end of the product’s extended warranty period.
